WHAT TO EXPECT : YOUR CONSULTATION JOURNEY
Step 1 — Book
Choose your consultation type and select a time that works for you. You’ll receive a confirmation immediately, plus a short preparation guide so you know exactly what to expect.
Step 2 — Prepare
If you have photos of your natural hair, or images of styles you love, gather them, they will help your specialist match you more precisely. No homework required, but it helps.
Step 3 — Consult
Your session is private, unhurried, and led by you. Ask everything. Share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. Our specialist is here to guide, not to sell.
Step 4 — Receive Your Recommendation
After your session, we will send you a summary of the styles recommended for you, with links directly to those wigs on the site. When you are ready to purchase, your consultation fee comes straight off.
Step 5 — Your Wig Arrives
Your wig is handcrafted and shipped worldwide in discreet, beautiful packaging. If you ever need anything after it arrives, we are always here
UK CLIENTS: VAT EXEMPTION
If you are experiencing medical hair loss due to a diagnosed condition, you may be eligible for VAT exemption on your wig purchase, reducing the cost by 20%. We will guide you through this during your consultation.

Do I have to buy a wig after my consultation?
No. There is absolutely no obligation to purchase. The consultation is designed to give you information and confidence, not to pressure you into a decision. If you choose to purchase within the redemption window, your fee comes off the price
I am not in the UK can I still book a virtual consultation?
Yes. Our virtual consultations are available to women worldwide. We have worked with clients in the US, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, and beyond. All you need is a smartphone, tablet, or laptop with a camera and a stable internet connection.
What if I am not sure which consultation to book?

Can I bring someone with me to the in-studio consultation?
Yes. Many of our clients bring a friend, partner, or family member for support. We simply ask that your companion respects the private, confidential nature of the session.
How long does a virtual consultation take?
Virtual consultations are 45 minutes. We recommend finding a quiet, private space with good natural light so your specialist can assess colour matching accurately.
What if I am going through chemotherapy and my hair loss is ongoing?
We work with women at all stages of hair loss, including those currently in treatment. Your specialist will advise on the best timing for your wig and how to prepare for changes in your hair situation over coming months. There is no wrong time to reach out.
