We offer worldwide delivery via DPD, DHL or UPS tracked & signed delivery services. Our products are shipped from the UK, so international shipping charges may vary. Signature required on delivery – consider using a work address if you won’t be home. And don’t worry if you miss your delivery – we’ve got you covered! You’ll receive a notification card from the courier with all the info you need to arrange a re-delivery.
SHIPPING:
At Zeeelle, we want to provide you with a smooth shopping experience. Most of our amazing stock items will be shipped within five working days of payment. Please note, if we have a custom wig in the works for you, it can take up to 45 working days to complete. Here is a brief estimate of dispatch times:
READY TO SHIP ITEMS: Dispatches within 1-3 working days.
TRES GLAM WIGS: 3 – 8 working days
Custom wigs: Dispatches within 14 days minimum to 45 days depending on the chosen requirements.
It’s up to the buyer to ensure they’ve entered the correct shipping info at checkout. Wrong address entered? We won’t be held responsible for lost parcels. Oh, and heads up – DHL doesn’t deliver to P.O. boxes.
Please keep in mind customs taxes when ordering – we wouldn’t want you to be surprised! Any customs or import duties must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. And, depending on where you live, you may not have to pay them at all!
RETURN:
We are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, don’t worry! You are welcome to return the item for a refund or exchange, as long as you let us know within 7 days of receiving it. Just make sure that the item is in its original packaging, still in its original condition, and that you return any free gifts that you received along with it.
To return an item, all you need to do is email us within 7 working days of receiving it. We’ll work with you to ensure a smooth return or exchange process and once we receive the item back, we’ll process your refund or exchange in a timely manner. Please note that refunds and exchanges are subject to availability.
We want to make sure that you receive a refund or exchange as soon as possible, so we’ll process it within 14 working days after we receive the returned item.
CUSTOM ITEMS:
Thank you for considering Custom Orders from us! Unfortunately, we need to emphasize that all Custom Orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. To clarify, a Custom Order is any selection on our website with either a “+45“ “+days” “+4-6 weeks“, as well as any requests sent via email or order invoices sent from us via PayPal. In addition, if you have entered into a detailed order agreement between the Customer and our Company via any third-party website/platform, this is also considered a Custom Order.
Please keep in mind that since Custom full lace wigs require extensive grooming, they can take up to 65 working days to arrive, and 45 working days at a minimum. Your satisfaction is essential to us, and that is why we strongly encourage you to read and understand our Terms and Conditions before placing an order. Thank you for choosing us!

Shipping & Returns
We are sorry you do not like the item you received. Please send an email to cs@zeeelle.com and we will process a refund or exchange in line with our returns policy
For returned items, please wait 7-14 working days to receive your refund
To cancel or amend your order, please send us an email cs@zeeelle.com within 24hours of placing your order and we will make changes to your order in line with our Return Policy.
